My position as assistant vice president, I was in charge of initiating,
processing, closing, appraising and servicing a varied type of ag loans.
These loans were made up of cotton, milo, vegetable, wheat, cattle, goats,
farm RE and equipment loans. The loan portfolio from 1985 thru 1992, grew
from 5 million to 12 million. The size of these loans varied from 20
thousand up to 500 thousand. As well as direct loans, I was in charge of
the FSA guaranteed loan portfolio in which not one loan was liquidated but
recovered to direct status. I was the only full time loan officer in this
office. My supervisor came in one or two days a week.

Farm Service Agency
My position as ag credit manager, I serviced, processed, closed,
appraised, collected and liquidated all types of ag loans in my 5 years
with the agency from central Texas to the southern high plains of Texas in
several counties. Loan volume ranged from 4 million to 20 million in these
county offices. The different types of loans were direct, subordinated and
guaranteed loans. Loan size varied due to government limits according to
type of assistance. Some of the combined totals of reached 500 thousand. I
expanded my loan diversity by servicing hay, ranch and dairy loans. I
received extensive training in St Louis MO for bankruptcies, delinquent and
deferred loans. I volunteered for extended details to the Texas State
office to debt settle and liquidate loans sent in from county offices.

American State Bank
My position as assistant vice president, I was in charge of the ag loan
portfolio as well as home, auto, personal and business loans. The loan
volume grew from 5 million to 11 million in the 3 years I worked in this
institution. Most of the growth came from new customers I brought in. Size
of these loans varied from 50,000 up to 1.5 million. The types of loans
consisted of cotton, wheat, corn, pumpkins, vegetables, goats, cattle and
ranch loans. Loans consisted of direct, subordinated and guaranteed loans.
I worked in the Brownfield Tx branch as well servicing a 3 million
guaranteed loan portfolio for this office in addition to taking care of the
Floydada branch.
Other bank duties included general everyday duties of a branch bank
supervising other employees with teller, savings and checking account
activities.
1,2001-3,2003
Security Bank
As branch manager of this bank, I solely supervised and managed this 5
million branch to a 12 million branch bringing in several local farmers and
ranchers. The loan portfolio consisted of 50,000 up to 2 million loans made
up of cotton, milo, cattle, vegetable and ranch loans. As well as ag, I
serviced home, auto, personal and business loans. I initiated, processed,
serviced, collected and liquidated direct, subordinated and guaranteed
loans.
Other duties included supervising employees in the branch over their work.
