ve Project Prepared design and construction documents for a
Experience streetscape, road improvement and utility infrastructure
upgrade project for the Borough of Madison. The project
involved the implementation of Madison's downtown
streetscape standards, redesign of the roadway cart way
as a traffic calming feature and implementation of
patterned pavement in front of the Madison Train station
to provide a pedestrian friendly environment. The design
involved development of design alternatives with cost
estimates, exhibits for borough council review and

Prepared design and construction documents for the
reconstruction of Green Village Road in the Borough of
Madison. The project included topographic survey of
3,600 linear feet of roadway, development of design

development of water main construction plans and quantity
estimate.
Newark Airport Terminal B Generator, Newark, New Jersey 2009
Prepared Maintenance of Traffic and Pavement Striping
plans for airport parking and driveway modifications in
connection with a new generator room. The project
required preparation of phasing plans, haul and delivery
route plans, cost estimates, close coordination with
other trades and Port Authority personnel.
Bubbling Springs Upper Pond Dam EAP, West Milford, New 2009
Jersey
Prepared an Emergency Action Plan for an existing dam in
the town of West Milford. The Project required close
coordination with township officials, the NJDEP Dam
Safety Section engineering staff, and County Office of
Emergency Management officials.
U.S. Land Port of Entry, Richford, Vermont 2009
Prepared Grading and Drainage plans for the construction
of a new Land Port of Entry for the General Services
Administration. The project required design of a
realignment of roadway along Pinnacle Road near the
border between the United States and Canada. The project
required earthwork calculations, storm water management,
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, Retaining Wall
Design.
Habernickle Park Dam, Village of Ridgewood, New Jersey 2009
Prepared design and construction documents for the
rehabilitation of an existing earth dam. The project
required preparation of documents to secure permits from
the New Jersey DEP's Dam Safety Section as well as Flood
Hazard and Freshwater Wetlands from the Division of Land
Use Regulation. The project involved the reconstruction
of the main spillway, upstream and downstream slopes,
slope protection measures, design of a stilling basin,
and dredging of the pond.
JP Morgan Chase Bank, Town of Orange, Connecticut 2009
Prepared design and construction documents for a 4,500
s.f. bank branch building. The site plans included design
of underground storage system, parking facilities and
utility connections to serve the proposed building. The
project required executing project milestones on time to
ensure timely opening of bank. The project was built
ahead of schedule.
Mercer Mutual Meter Replacement, Borough of Pennington, 2009
New Jersey
Prepared meter replacement construction documents for an
existing office building. Meter replacement required due
to changes by the water purveyor for meters to meet new
AWWA minimum standards. The project involved field
measurement of existing meter facility, preparation of
construction documents, coordination with Pennington
Borough Engineer, Water Company and Owner on selection of
the new water meter.

ve Project Prepared site and subdivision plans for a five dwelling
Experience residential development located on steep slopes
overlooking the Hudson River and New York City. The site
plans included design storm collection systems designed
to retain the 100 year storm as required by the governing
authority to reduce the impact to existing combined sewer
system. The project also involved steep slope analysis,
preparation of a sight line cross sections to evaluate
New York City views from adjacent properties, retaining
wall design, design of an on-site lift station for
sanitary sewer flows, and expert testimony at Zoning
Board Meetings.
Provost Square, City of Jersey City, New Jersey 2008
Prepared site plans for a mixed use
commercial/residential development project in the city of
Jersey City. The project consisted of three high rise
residential towers with podium levels and an affordable
housing building structure. The project involved
preparation of preliminary site plans for approval by the
city planning board, design of a underground storm water
collection system, design of utility connections and
coordination with local utility and city agencies, sewer
analysis and CCTV monitoring of the existing sewer mains,
earthwork analysis, meetings with local city agencies,
expert testimony at planning board.
North Street Pump Station, Borough of Madison, New Jersey 2008
Managed the evaluation of the existing conditions and
preparation of pump station upgrade plans for the North
Street Pump Station. The pump station had experienced
overflows during extreme rainfall events. The project
involved a survey of the existing facility inclusive of
the interior building and surrounding land up to the
property bounds, and an evaluation of the existing pump
station and its operating conditions along with
recommendations of possible upgrades and improvement and
preparation of construction documents.
Green Avenue Reconstruction, Borough of Madison, New 2008
Jersey
Prepared road reconstruction plans for 3200 linear feet
of roadway on Green Avenue. The project included
improvements to 1800 linear feet of 8" water main,
installation of a storm water treatment unit, drainage
improvements, bike lanes, and a painted median for
traffic calming. The project required close coordination
with the borough engineer to assist the borough with
preparing technical specifications, as well as cost and
quantity estimates.
Citibank, JFK International Airport, Queens, New York 2008
Prepared design and construction documents for the
renovation of an existing Citibank facility situated in
JFK International Airport and provided construction
administration services. The project included
improvements to the parking area and reduction of
impervious areas, design of a new bus stop, new ATM
facility, landscape and lighting upgrades. Project
required close coordination with the Project Architect
and Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Personnel.
DCH BMW Showroom, Greenwich, Connecticut 2008
Developed site plans for a new 8,000 square foot auto
dealership facility on a 0.75 acre site located in the
general business district of the town of Greenwich,
Connecticut. The project included development of various
conceptual schemes, site plans, design of a storm water
management system, rock depth investigation, geotechnical
investigation and report, utility layout and permitting.
DCH Toyota Improvements, Mamaroneck, New York 2008
Prepared design and construction documents for the
renovation of an existing 10,000 square foot DCH Toyota
Showroom and the relocation of the service operation to a
new 33,000 square foot facility in an industrial section
of town. The project included preparation of SWPPP
documents for NYDEC review and filing a notice of intent.

Experience Construction administration for the renovation of Kaveny
Field and Mountainside Park in the township of Montclair,
New Jersey. Improvements to the parks included
reconstruction of Little League Field of Kaveny Field and
the construction of basketball courts, playground area
and rehabilitation of Little League Field at Mountainside
Park. Responsibilities also included Green Acres Grant
administration for both fields.
Park Improvement Project, City of Passaic, New Jersey 2007
Construction administration for the renovation of four
parks throughout the City of Passaic. Improvements to
the parks include rehabilitation of softball and baseball
fields at Third Ward Park, reconstruction of basketball
courts at Benson Avenue Park, rehabilitation of
basketball court and playground area at Schevchenko Park
and reconstruction of basketball courts at Colonel
Johnson Park. Responsibilities also included Assisting
the City with Green Acres Grant administration.

Prepared civil/site plans for the construction of a 2
story, 8,000 S.F. office building on a 0.33 acre site.
Project included preparation of site plans, storm water
analysis, permitting.
7,400 S.F. Retail Building, Parsippany, New Jersey 2006
This project consisted of preparation of site plans and
subdivision plans for a 7,400 sf retail building on a 5
acre site. Project included topographic survey,
subdivision plans, site plans, wetland transition area
compensation plans, flood plain fill calculations, flood
hazard area permit, culvert design, and expert testimony.

Prepared site plans for the construction of an 81 unit
Candlewood Suites Hotel on a 3 acre site. The project
included, preparation of topographic survey, subdivision
plans, site plans, design of detention pond, utility
layout, and permitting.
Union City Middle School, Athletic Field, Union City, New 2005

Prepared site plans for the construction of a synthetic
turf all purpose athletic field for the Jose Marti Middle
School. Project included preparation of site plans,
drainage calculations, under-turf drainage system,
detailed grading plans, retaining wall design, and
detailed utility layout plans.
10 Story Residential Building, Union City, New Jersey 2005
Prepared site plans for a 10 story residential tower
located on a 0.4 acre site. The project included
topographic survey, preparation of site plans, design of
a storm water management system under the building, and
permitting.
4 Story Residential Building, Glenn Ridge, New Jersey 2004
This project involved the rehabilitation of the existing
telephone company building and extending and converting
the existing structure into a 73 unit residential
building. The project included preparation of topographic
survey, site plans, design of an underground detention
system under building, design of a dry well system, and
permitting.
PBI Hospital Cancer Center Addition, Passaic, New Jersey 2004
Prepared site plans for the addition of the cancer center
wing to Passaic Beth Israel Hospital (aka Passaic General
Hospital). The project included preparation of site
plans, design of a storm collection system including a
dry-well, redesign of the main entrance driveway and drop
off area, redesign and realignment of an existing parking
lot.

Civil/site plans for a 33 unit townhouse development on a
3.5 acre flag lot. The project involved mapping of
wetlands, preparation of roadway plans, site plans,
design of an oversized pipe detention system, sanitary
sewer design, waterfront walkway plans, proposed easement
plans. Permits included, waterfront development permit,
stream encroachment permit, treatment works approval
permit, soil erosion and sediment control permit.

Prepared site plans for the rehabilitation of an existing
park. Prepared site plans for new park including plans
for a safety surface play area, and water park. Project
involved realignment of utilities, detailed grading
plans, details of safety surface areas, and design of
water recirculation system for water park.
