. Directed first shift operations in a 250k square foot facility, which
included managing 20 warehousemen directly and 5 office personnel as well
as a 2nd shift supervisor and 15 additional warehousemen and office staff
associate.
. Achievements: Implementing new warehouse inventory planning, policy and
procedure development and disaster recovery planning for the National
Customer Service Center.

. Supervised 20 IBEW warehouseman plus 2 office staff and directed 2nd
shift distribution operations in a 200K square foot building in Ontario,

and development of new facility. Managed a purchasing budget of $1M and
was the on-site liaison between the Industrial Engineering department and
local contractors and developers.
