. RESULTS: Assisted in the deployment of this key technology in North

Project: Created planning / definition documents for GMAC rebranding to

Ally Bank.

Responsibilities:

. Participated in requirements elicitation through joint application

design (JAD) sessions and User Interface (UI) presentations with a

high emphasis on Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

. Created Business Requirements Documentation, Business Process Flows

(part of BPM), Business Integration Models, and System Requirements

. Documented, evaluation, validation, functional and non-functional

. RESULTS: All reviews and tollgates passed successfully, without

incident to allow Powertrain to proceed with the purchase.

Responsibilities:

. Performed ambiguity analysis, ensuring consistent understanding across

users, designers and testers. Designed, coordinated, and executed

testing, and user training.

. Developed Interface including implementing an agile methodology

working with a global team to make system updates.

. Coordinated implementation of software that was not designed

specifically for the lab. Innovative test data had to be configured

and new process methods developed.

. RESULTS: Enabled the lab to continue running smoothly through a time

of significant change.
