Retirement Complex in Cincinnati Ohio. See -Stratfordat Kenwood. Com -
Project 110 Million retirement complex 15 story high-rise 380,000 Sq Ft
on a three story Parking garage 83,000 with an additional 43,000 sq ft
Health care wing. On the site we also constructed a 4 story 48,000 sq ft
24 condo building with 12,000 sq ft precast concrete garage separate from
main tower. I was hired as interior superintendent for coordination of
interior framing & mechanical trades working with all trades for progress
inspections thru finals with city of Cincinnati.
Completion date December 15, 2009 - Punch list & Owner move-in January
