Single-entity and consolidated US federal income tax returns (Forms 1120 and

1120 S) - including the calculation of federal taxable income, intercompany

eliminations, proper form presentation, electronic filing, etc.

Various state income and/or franchise tax returns including the calculation of

state taxable income and the application of multi-state apportionment rules.

Partnership / LLC US federal income tax returns (Form 1065) including the

calculation of federal taxable income, partner allocations, partner basis

Individual tax returns (Form 1040) and associated state returns.

questions, identifying opportunities, and explaining tax issues.

Managing multiple projects with various deadlines, including scheduling,

budgeting, and fee planning.
