Waddell & Reed Financial

Financial Sales Manager from 2008-2009. Licensed in AR, TN, MS, LA & FL for

11M in assets under management within 12 months and production of over

260K. Built successful inter-office partnerships for increased service and

Direct Insurance Corporation

Director of Training and Operations from 2000-2008. Honored to be a part of

the growth and successful IPO launch of a non-standard auto insurer that

had a unique business model. Instrumental in developing the overall

organization's current training department. Managed all the licensing and

training for agents & claims personnel. Also provided oversight of

investment income strategies. Founded a career and sales training path

based on adult learning theories, blended training and key technical

accelerators. Developed a "Learning Management System" that allows for

employee records tracking, retention and goal progression. Facilitated the

leadership development program for over 600 leaders and recruited agents

and other executives. Also from 2005-2007 co-founder and initial investor

of The Instructor Group which was an online training venture. We sold the

organization and content to a South African training company.

U.S. Army (Active Duty)

Military Police Investigator (Staff Sergeant, E-6) 1993-2000. Received over

30 awards, recognition, medals and honors for meritorious serviced to the

US Army. Trained Military police soldiers on law enforcement investigation

missions as well as combat military missions. Developed special response

team and protective services training in excess of 40 hours. Lead a team of

military police investigators and were a part of history as the last

American soldiers to leave Panama. We oversaw security and investigations

during the downsizing effort (per the Torrijos-Carter Treaties) and were

honored to be a part of that great treaty.
