strain grid for use. Trouble shooting problems with strain grids and collecting data for tests.

After completing solder class I was put on a developing program. I worker very close with engineering on

a daily basis. Inspecting and reworking a flex circuit board, keeping records of all processes. Building cables and

boards for test boxes for engineering. IPC j-standard certified and one of four sent to Chicago to become a CIT in

rework and repair. After become a CIT, I was able to train solder techs on rework. Working in the clean room as

well as on a SMT production line. Working with the pick and place machines.
