Consult with managers and supervisors regarding disciplinary problems,

performance related concerns, corrective action, merit promotions and

performance appraisals

Secured a reduction in the Illinois State Unemployment Contribution tax

rate from 7.0% in 2006 down to 4.1% in 2009. Total tax savings from 2006

through 2008 exceeded $55K

Participated in the successful negotiation of new labor contract for

Warehouseman's union

Implementation and management of a mandatory drug testing program for a

pool of twelve DOT and non-DOT delivery drivers

Successful implementation and administration of pre and post-employment

skills testing and evaluation program

Facilitated quarterly management training seminars addressing various

workplace related issues including sexual harassment, performance

appraisals, workplace violence and conducting effective interviews
