. Glen Iris Baptist Church, Bessemer, Alabama. Project Manager on a
project which was initiated in 2001 & redesigned a number of times
over the years with C.D. 95% complete @ the end of 2005 but still out
of Owner's budget; was given the charge to reduce the cost & started
redesigning in September 2006 reducing the project cost close to
$1,000,000 off the previous estimate while still maintaining the
integrity of the classic traditional church design. The project
consist of a multi-purpose building containing approximately 42,000
s.f. The building will contain a basketball court to be used as a
Sanctuary and multi-purpose facility. The facility also includes
classrooms, school administrative, church administrative offices,
fellowship hall & radio/TV broadcast studios for programmatic needs.
The budget presently stands @ 4.5 million.
. Ivy Park Office Development, Valleydale Road, Shelby County, Alabama.
Project Manager completing Design Development submittal through
Construction Document Phase @ 95%. The client proposes to construct
(2) 3-story shell office buildings with Owner occupancy in one
building & the other speculative and (1) 2-story speculative live/work
condo/business building. The speculative structures will accommodate
custom designed tenant layouts separately based upon the tenant. The
design are class A office/luxury condominium buildings in the
Mediterranean style Architecture. The budget stands at $3.8 million.
. A New Facility for Select Granite, Pelham, Alabama. Project Manager
on a 12,000 s.f. pre-engineered metal building ware house structure
manufacturing plant building with a class A 2-story 8,000 s.f.
showroom/office building front from Schematic through
Bidding/Negotiation Phase. The budget stands @ $1.5 million.

1, 2005-September 9, 2006).
. New Storage Facility for the Eternal Word Television Network, Grants
Mill Road, Irondale, Alabama. Project Manager from
Schematic/Construction Document through Bidding/Negotiation Phase on a
30,000 s.f. conditioned high-pile warehouse which included grounds
storage, offices, break room, exhausted paint shop, & woodworking
shop. Facility was scheduled to be completed January 2007 at a cost of
$4,200,000.
. Additions & Renovations to Exceptional Foundation, Homewood Park,
Homewood, Alabama. Project Manager from Schematic/Design
Development/C.D. Phases through C.A. Phase on an 8,200 g.s.f. addition
to an existing 7,600 s.f. gymnasium, which included a 1,400 s.f.
storage mezzanine, new facility rest rooms, full catering kitchen,
2,300 s.f. multi-purpose room & converting/renovation of 2,000 s.f.
existing multi-purpose area to business offices. Facility was
completed in 2006 @ a construction cost of $1,400,000.
. Lincoln Park Industrial Facility: A New Distribution Center for
Buffalo Rock Beverage Company, Talladega, Alabama. Project Manager on
a 32,000 g.s.f. high-pile storage/6,700 g.s.f. Business(Office)
concrete tilt-up warehouse structure. Facility was completed in 2006
at a cost of $3,000,000.
. New Shops at Valdosta Mall, outparcel development, Valdosta, Georgia.
Project Manger from Schematic Design through C.A. Phase on a 7,500
s.f. shell building to accommodate & facilitate retail stores Jos. A.
Bank and Talbot's clothier Companies. Stores opened in 2006.

Phase on a 2-story 12,000 s.f. Corporate Headquarters Building
Addition. Facility was completed in 2006.
Architectural Project Manager- Collman & Karsky Architects, Inc.- Tampa,
Florida, (January 2005-June 2005). Worked in a short term agreement while
in transition to move back to hometown Birmingham for personal reasons.
However, a lot was accomplish within a short period.
. The Lofts at Franklin Street, Downtown East Side, Tampa, Florida.
Project Manager assisting in final Bidding & Negotiation and
Permitting Submittal & issuance through the City of Tampa on a 40
unit / 8-story high end urban luxury condominium project with 2-
levels of off-street parking and roof top pool & game room club /
penthouse. The inter-city residence opened the summer of 2006 at a
total project cost of $10,500,000.
. Crescent Heights Condominiums, Entertainment District Downtown,
Tampa, Florida. One of several Project Managers helping complete
Design Development Phase Submittal on two 32-story high-rise towers
containing 1,200 luxury condominium units, multi-level parking
garage, multi-use complex with shops on the ground floor and pool
complex @ the 8th.; located across the street from the St. Petersburg
Times Forum ( formerly known as the Ice Palace-home of the Stanley
Cup Hockey Champions The Tampa-Bay Lightning ). Project completed

Administration Phase & Project Close-Out on Phase 1 of a Multi-Phased
New Campus Master Plan for Stetson University based in Gulfport
Florida. The 3-story, 75,000 s.f. Phase One Facility included the new
campus Administrative Offices, Law Library, Classrooms, "State of the
Art" Courtroom for mock trials, lecture hall and for Florida's Second
District Court of Appeals use. The Second District Court of Appeals
occupies the third floor of the facility. The facility opened in
January 2004 at a total project cost of $10,300,000.
. Hillsborough County Bar Foundation, Tampa, Florida. Project Manager
for Schematic and Design Development Phases. The 18,000 s.f. 2-story
structure is to be built on the new Stetson Law Center & Campus site.
The project is presently on hold for funding to be completed. The
Facility will house the Hillsborough Bar Association & Foundation
Offices & Board, Lecture Hall, Pub, Great Banquet Room & Catering
Kitchen.
