. Helped major health insurance provider design SharePoint workflow

solution to reduce Bid-To-Brochure cycle time and per bid cost by

eliminating edit cycles driven by error-prone manual procedures while

providing real-time management visibility into and control of the

workflow pipeline.

ProQuality:

. Assembled Advisory Board

. Won contract with AA over EDS/SAP to replace legacy global credit card

processing system.

Akili:

. Facilitator for development of Akili's SAP/BPC Project Methodology for

client engagements.

. Led Fortune 10 energy client team through requirements discovery and

development of a new business process for SAP/BPC implementation.

o Helped craft the organizational change management and communication

strategy.

o At request of client, developed and delivered the end user training at

three US locations.

. Worked with CFO of the largest operator of private US golf clubs to

conduct stakeholder analysis and development of communication strategy

for large (160 location) SAP/BPC implementation.

. Facilitated the process redesign of a new Service Order process for 2nd

Tier telecom client that merged 3 product lines into one system across 7

regional call centers reducing overall system costs and improving the

customer order and service experience.

. Led client team of experts through a process redesign that integrated

marketing of 3 separate products lines (Oil, Gas, NGLs) previously

thought to be impossible for mid tier energy company.

. Guided client team of experts through business process redesign to

implement a common process model to facilitate M&A projects for a

computer asset recycling company. Led to reductions in time and costs to

complete mergers through improved identification of required

system/process changes.

. Directed development and implementation of the methodology and case tools

for Akili's business analysis group, hired 15 analysts and provided

training and mentoring on the methodology and consulting discipline.

Prologic:

. Established business analysis methodology and negotiated acquisition of

case tools to support the analysis discipline.

. Lead business analysis efforts for the development of a large ERP

solution for K-12 School Districts now in production in over 30 ISDs

across Texas.

American Airlines:

. Selected as member of ground-breaking BPR initiative at AA that totally

changed the approach for delivery of IT services to the airline. Led to

major improvements in customer satisfaction and more a targeted and

rational allocation of budget resources for IT services.

. Lead BPR expert on numerous successful BPR projects including:

o Aircraft parts transit process redesign. Saved $1.5 MM per year for

each day of reduction in cycle time. Cut cycle time from 6 to 3-4

days per maintenance site.

o Consumer Relations imaging system. Dramatically decreased cycle time

and improved quality of responses to customer complaints.

o Aircraft parts warranty recovery process improvement that saved

multiple millions of lost warranty dollars through automated contract

registration and parts identification, tracking, and monitoring

functionality.
