. Participated as key player in redesigning Brake Adjuster component parts

to be manufactured by a supplier using a Stamping Fine Blanking process

that resulted in a $546,000 cost savings annually.

. Led a team to evaluate, reorganize and develop information regarding

inspection of springs, which increased repeatability and reliability in

measuring accuracy by 80%, reduced supplier spring scrap by 32% and

eliminated 100% sorting and downtime.

. Successfully audited Domestic and International Suppliers for current and

to increased production, reduced costs, and prevented unnecessary

sorting/shut downs at company and PPAP submissions to company standards.

measured 18 dimensions in less than 10 seconds verses 15 minutes per hour
