Channel Manager / AT&T Midwest Channel Alliance (March 2007 to November
2009)
I Managed (15) Solution Providers for the Channel Alliance Group in
the Ohio market. I managed the activity between AT&T and the SP, in order
to sell all of AT&T's products and services and gain market share. The
focus was on selling AT&T's Voice, Data Networking and Wireless Products in
order to generate new monthly revenue for AT&T.
.Took historic underperforming Solution Providers Module and was able
to get 20% of them to become best in class AT&T 5 Star Distributors within
9 months with one of them making President's Club 2007.
.Turned one of the Solution Providers into one of the Top 5 Performers
in the Midwest Region, as they made Club all three years that I supported
them.
.Sold one of the largest MPLS deals in the Channel in 2009. I was able
to assist one of my SP's in closing a 30 location MPLS Contract for $19,450
per month for 60 months.

Regional Manager/ AT&T Capital Services (February 2006 to February
2007)
As Regional Manager for AT&T Capital Services, I supported all of the
AT&T Sales Teams in Ohio and Western Pa.
In addition, I provided Leasing/Finance options to customers in order
to secure new AT&T Products and Services. Transactions ranged from $50,000
to $2.0 Million Dollars.
.I was able to maintain existing portfolio of leased business without
losing it to other Leasing Companies for the year that I handled.
.Increased AT&T's internal use of Capital services by 50% by working
with all of the divisions within AT&T, not just the Signature Accounts
.I was able to increase Capital Sales leases at Goodyear month after
month in the year that I handled the account.

Senior Account Manager / AT&T Global Services, Inc. (June 1997 to
January 2006)
I Managed a Module of 25 Enterprise/Major Accounts in the Midwest
Region. I was responsible for positioning all of AT&T's Products and
Services in order to maintain all existing business in addition to growing
the revenues an additional 7-15% annually. The main products sold included
Voice, Data, Internet, Video, LD, Wireless and Consulting Services.
.I was responsible for a couple of the Largest Winback Sales in our
Region in 2001 & 2002. I was able to Win Back (2) large banks to AT&T from
Aldelphia, taking their monthly billing at AT&T from $0 per month to over
$50,000 a month/ $600,000 annually which resulted in being awarded
Presidents Club.
.I was awarded the Master's Club winner (3) Times while Senior Account
manager for exceptional Sales performance.
.Took a module that sold very little Hardware (Telephone Systems) and
become one of the Top Nortel producers in the region. Car Temps was
ordering 10-15 Nortel Norstars every month during their growth years.
.Took a module that sold very little data cpe and was able to sell
well over $1,000,000 of Cisco Data equipment, allowing me to be 300% of
quota annually a couple times over my assignment.
