Area Manufacturing Manager 2nd Shift
Responsible for the manufacturing and packaging of over 300 finished consumer goods in a
LEAN/continuous improvement, automated environment with 55 union employee direct reports.
• Introduced a series of five Lean events, which established standard production run times for
productivity equipment.
• Project lead on site project to reduce the number of backorders due to steel shortages, resulted
in reduction by over 85% in eight weeks.
