sitework and concrete foundation excavation, while monitoring

negotiating contracts, reviewing contract specifications,
developing schedules, submittals, tracking project costs and
compiling detailed estimates for project profitability. Skills
include generating spreadsheets using Excel, Word, Power Point,
Outlook, Adobe and estimating software to complete detailed

Responsible for overall project management and land development
of two Detroit, MI communities. Review and monitor budgets and
contracts for project compliance to specifications and
profitability. Work with estimating department to develop project
budgets. Sites consisted of multi-family condominiums including
an $11.8 M tilt up concrete project in the heart of the downtown
entertainment district. Owners Consultant for (Dave Bing) $62M 9
Story Condo project on the Detroit River in Detroit.
2003 to 2004 The Beneicke Group Bloomfield Hills, MI.
Director of Construction Operations
Responsibilities included developing trade relationships,
creating working budgets and purchasing complete projects while
overseeing multiple sites. Buyout and coordination of land
development on a 30-acre site in East Lansing, MI consisting of
93 single-family and two commercial sites. Worked directly with
owner and local municipalities to receive planned unit
development approval and commencement.
2002 to 2003 Lockwood Companies Bingham Farms, MI.
Project Superintendent
Management of $9M, 114-unit condominium project in Pontiac, MI
and completion of a 78-unit condominium project in Detroit, MI.
Responsibilities included land development and infrastructure as
well as overseeing complete project progress and compliance to
contract. Worked directly with purchasing and VP of Construction
to meet project completion deadlines and turnover to owner.
1998 to 2002 RBS Companies Brighton, MI.
Project Superintendent
Management of $11M, 160 unit apartment complex in Ann Arbor, MI,
$12.8M, a185 unit senior facility in White Lake, MI, a $3M office
building in Milford, MI and a $13.2M, 149 unit senior facility in
Oxford, MI. Projects exposed me to a wide range of construction
from large wood, steel frame and concrete commercial buildings to
commercial kitchens and tenant build out for office and
restaurant space. Responsibilities included coordination of all
phases of construction from purchasing, permit, land development
and infrastructure thru owner acceptance.
