. Conceived, designed and developed protocol for Coulter Foundation

funded project which optimizes sandwich assay and uses next generation

fluorescent nano particles (Quantum Dots) as reporting molecules.

. Designed and validated a highly sensitive and sophisticated optical

immunosensor for the detection of Myeloperoxidase (MPO) inside a micro-

capillary.

. Developed and optimized a sandwich assay protocol utilizing just 1-5 L

of reagents for detecting MPO.

. Designed an optical set up for detection of fluorescence from the

capillary.

. Successfully detected MPO in animal stool samples.

. Carried out Antibody-Antigen (MPO) reaction on the surface of polymer

and gathered SERS spectra.

. Used gold nano-particle to enhance SERS signals.

. Analyzed the Raman Spectra for identifying any significant differences

between the samples.
