- Completely reorganized a $350 million Bank, with a 10 branches in six

markets, a $100 million trust department and is one of 11 banks nationally

with an I.S.O. operation.

- Currently working the Bank out of an M.O.U.

- Assisted in collecting, shoring up and managing $121 million, now $69

million in classified assets, which ranked number one in the state.

- Assisted the Holding Company in raising $16.7 million in new capital.

- Reorganized the Bank operationally and implemented a cross training

program which resulted in reducing staff from 182 to 132 and counting.

- Created innovative marketing and advertising programs including a daily

live radio program called "Business Perspective".

- Interviewed live on FOX Business News (National) regarding the banking

2001 to 2008 - Community First Bank Madisonville,

Kentucky

- Reversed shrinking asset base to annualized growth of 35% per year,

making the Bank the fourth fastest growing bank in the State, in a market

with average growth of 2%.

- Raised $4.2 million in new capital.

- Reversed increasing six figure losses to profits in 2004 before opening

the Bank's first branch.

capital) during the height of the Texas Banking crisis.

- Reduced total past due loans from 17.4% (10.7% over 90 days) to 2.2%

(0.3% over 90 days).

- Reduced overhead by 15%, in part, by reducing personnel expense by 33%.

- Improved the Bank's profitability from ($250M) per year to $340M in 1992.

1986 to 1987 - Security Bank of Whitesboro
