markets, a $100 million trust department and is one of 11 banks nationally
with an I.S.O. operation.
- Currently working the Bank out of an M.O.U.
- Assisted in collecting, shoring up and managing $121 million, now $69
million in classified assets, which ranked number one in the state.
- Assisted the Holding Company in raising $16.7 million in new capital.
- Reorganized the Bank operationally and implemented a cross training
program which resulted in reducing staff from 182 to 132 and counting.

- Reduced overhead by 15%, in part, by reducing personnel expense by 33%.
- Improved the Bank's profitability from ($250M) per year to $340M in 1992.
