National director and author of the Sears Energy Management and Maintenance
Programs which resulted in energy savings of over $26 million in 1980.
Managed the technical evaluation (including design, engineering, bidding,
installation and testing) of all energy management systems and devices for
use in over 3,000 Sears stores, office buildings and warehouses. Initiated
and personally conducted educational seminars for Sears executives, store
managers and facility engineers in 44 cities nationwide.
