ACHIEVEMENTS

1) Solved a world-famous mathematical puzzle called 4-peg Hanoi tower

problem (Publication 11).

2) Invented a useful micromachined angular rate sensor called Fang-Bar

fluidic angular rate sensor (Publication 12 &13).

3) Identified the vibrating modes of a 3-layer-house using FFT.

4) Established a MEMS sensor electrical parameters batch measurement

platform and evaluated its measurement uncertainty (Publication 10).

5) Proposed an optimization method for enhancing the sensitivity of V-

shaped cantilever sensors (Publication 6).

6) Fabricated a novel T-shaped piezoelectric ZnO cantilever sensor, with

MEMS technology (Publication 9).
