Microsoft Exchange Experience: I was on the Exchange Migration Team. I
helped install, configure and establish new accounts on Exchange Server. I
help plan the migration project. It consisted of, which client would go on
which exchange servers. Design and held classes for groups to ease the
transition from MS Mail to Exchange. Setup new accounts on domain and
exchange server, trouble shoot any connectivity, validation or mail
receiving problems. This was a six-month project in 1997. Since then I've
worked with end users with problems of getting or sending mail and everyday
mail problems such as configuration and installation. Total experience with
Exchange about 3 Years.
Lease Rollover Experience: I was team lead in a major lease rollover
project. I design the procedures for swapping out the old workstations for
the new workstations. Help design the desktop images for the operations
center and coordinated the actual rollover project while conducting the new
installs for the company. I consulted the department contacts to help them
plan their rollover phase and followed through to make sure it was
completed and they where satisfied.
