of New Hire Process
. Conducted New Hire Orientation for In-House and Field Based Employees
. Partnered in the design, implementation, and delivery of Diversity
Training for all New Hires.
. Selected to coordinate and facilitate the Heath Links Program an
outreach program, identified speakers to address a group of middle
school students interested in the Pharmaceutical field. Established an
ongoing relationship with this program and served as facilitator for
the past two years.
. Designed and delivered training on developing Goals and Objectives for
Administrative Staff within Tibotec Therapeutics.

Employee Management System (JJEMS) users utilizing distance learning
