o Dispatch proper carrier to pick up cargo & deliver to correct

retrieving POD info for my USA Customer

o Placing LCL Booking in system; Assuring pricing is correct;

Supplying the Booking with necessary notes that will be needed for

either booking, receiving, transfer station or ultimate consignee.

o Assuring description is accurate

o Paying attention to details per destination as to RESTRICTED

o Overseeing staff of 8 as Office Manager

o Attended weekly corporate production meetings via telephone/

computer

o Held weekly meetings with staff on overview of week-good & bad

o Interviewed applicants for possible position

o Previewed drivers hours to assure accuracy

o Worked closely with Operations & Terminal Manager to make sure

the job was getting done in a timely manner & correctly.

o Entered pick ups, Provided POD information, Provided Rate Quotes

o Was Key CSR for customers as a 'go to'; Acct Manager

o Dispatched to sister carriers
