Duties and responsibilities were to processed customer purchase orders and

analyzed daily production schedules, as well as to determine material and

labor requirements for the facility while reporting to the General Manager.

Generated all production paperwork placed in-process and established

fabrication dates, shipping schedules, and shipment quantities. Worked

closely with the customer to resolve any and all purchase order issues,

concerns, and special requests as needed, and directed the facility during

the General Manager's absence.

Cost Estimating Supervisor

Duties were to oversee all aspects of the Cost Estimating Department

including the timely completion of all interim design and model year

harness changes while reporting to the General Manager. Other

responsibilities were to train and directly supervised three employees in

all job responsibilities relating to the position of Cost Estimator and

delegated costing assignments as they arose. Aided and participated in

the conversion of the old industrial standards of imputing hard data to a

newly efficient standard of using a computerized system.

Responsible for costing wire harness blueprints provided by customers in

the RV, automotive, heating and air condition industries while reporting to

the Manufacturing Engineer. Other duties were to establish material and

labor time required to produce the assemblies. Dealt directly with

component suppliers to obtain pricing which would allow for production of

the most cost effective product possible, as well as to initiate and

maintained the Bill of Material & Labor Standard paperwork within the Cost

Estimating Department.
