Senior-level HR generalist position responsible for providing overall
leadership, direction and all Human Resources related strategy and support.
This position has a client population of over 1800 employees located
throughout the United States, Europe and Asia Pacific. The position has a
staff of 3 direct reports and 3 indirect reports, and budgetary
responsibility of $2.4 M dollars. Due to an earned reputation for strong

. HR Leadership - Partnered closely with Senior Leadership to ensure

. Mergers & Acquisitions - After acquisition by Siemens of three
separate diagnostics companies, guided the global integration of

centers into one; expansion of European Distribution Center in order
to absorb all 3PLs in EMEA; restructuring of APAC Logistics

readiness analysis and communication tools.
. Succession Planning - Guided in-depth succession planning through
yearly roundtable review, cross-functional assignments, and cross-

impending retirements, ensuring knowledge transfer and bench strength
while containing costs.
