. Completed over one hundred fifty successful dealer environment
migrations using File Aid IMS and FTP (File Transfer Protocol). This
entailed analyzing the Dealer's individual AS/400 box, recreating and
customizing it on a Test Box and then moving the information to a
Community Dealer AS/400 that was divided by Time Zone.

Materials System
. The MGO system is GM's Materials Global Optimization System, which is
used in over 130 GM Assembly and Component Plants worldwide. It is an
extremely complicated System that cannot be reproduced with COTS
software, and requires expert analysis. My role on this team was tri-
fold, and all roles were performed simultaneously.
. As a Project Manager, led the Change Management process and completed
all CMMI Change Management paperwork for multiple projects with
multiple project teams consisting og GM Business personnel and EDS
Technical personnel.
. Performed as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the Specifications
and Shipping portions of the MGO (Materials Global Optimization
System). Partnered with a GM Counterpart to answer questions, provide
decisions and research problems.
. As a Business Analyst supporting this System, conducted JAD sessions
with General Motors and Technical Resources to support System Fixes
and Enhancements. EDS's CMM Process Set was used to facilitate
Requirements Documentation, Toll Gate review sessions and Code
Implementations. Responsible for the performance for the 15
Programmers of the Minneapolis Solution Center in regards to their
support of the Specifications area of the System.
. As a Production Support Programmer, made JCL, COBOL and PL/1 code
changes based on Customer Requests and identified systems issues.

entailed 15 minute resolution of identified code issues, based on
