. Organise overtime if required

. Ensures the Account Managers are fully informed for the case if

there is any abnormal occur .

. Ensures adequate cover is provided for in the event of staff

absences

Key Tasks

. Chairs weekly meetings and conference call with Intel inside staff

to discuss any relevant issues for the week

. Ensures that freight invoices are reconciled and are completed each

month in time and follow up the outstanding invoice

. Ensures that all completed orders are processed each night before

staff leave

. Authorises all stock transfer and ensure paperwork is done

correctly

. Communicate with teammember for the update SOP of Intel

. Monitors the airline performance and reviews with export department

. Develops staff recruitment and training programs with a long term

employment strategy

. Works with management and other staff in developing and improving

levels of service and performance .
