Direct risk functions including development of premium rates, renewal approach, product

development, and monitoring. Oversee Underwriting, Enrollment, COBRA, TPA, & HMO

Reinsurance services, Accounting, and Flex. Responsibilities include all aspects of company’s

reinsurance, including evaluation of reinsurance arrangements for TPA clients. Provide consulting

services to TPA groups, as well as large insured employers, consultants, brokers to achieve goals.
