Coordinated hiring efforts to increase Bargaining Unit headcount from

approximately 400 to 1,050 during ramp up to meet US military

requirements.

Established a structured Safety Program including reorganizing a

Central Safety Committee, establishing a Recognition Program,

establishing a monthly safety training program, establishing sub

committees with joint participation by both hourly and salaried

employees and championed the following teams: Training Committee,

Recognition Committee and Communications Committee.
