I teach mathematics, and have also taught spreadsheets (Excel),
"Learning Framework," "Career Focus," and "Law and Ethics." I have
conducted hundreds of student interviews to prepare them for their
career searches. I provide regular training sessions for students
transitioning to online learning. I have trained many employees in
technical applications. I provide basic technical support in a
computer lab, mostly in person but also on the telephone.

I solicited mortgages through cold calling and with direct mail; I
interviewed prospects, gathered relevant information, and processed
the applications through various lenders to get the loans ready for
closing with an attorney. I developed a niche assisting homeowners
with equity to pay off debtors' court early to reestablish credit and
to enjoy tax advantages.
April 2004 to April 2006: Property preservation and inspections;
process serving, Self employed, Pelham, AL.
I was an independent contractor who inspected foreclosed homes for the
owners, bid to make repairs and to secure the properties, and
performed the work when requested; I also hired and managed
subcontractors when necessary. I also worked for attorneys serving
legal papers from Shelby to Madison Counties.
February 2000 to June 2004: Loss Mitigation Field Representative,

I was responsible for inside and outside collections, loan
modifications, transfers of equity, helping to sell repossessed homes,
customer service, and floor plan inspections. I recommended severely
delinquent customers for legal action, regularly briefed our
attorneys, and represented the company in court. I trained new
employees when necessary.
