Daily job description as a Superintendent:

– Manage up to 100 works at any given time on a job site .

– Read and understand specification for the project and enforce them with the

subcontractors .

– Review subcontractors contracts and make sure they follow though within the

specification for the project at hand .

– Read and understand blueprints .

– Order materials and supplies according to blueprints.

– Obtain permits from local and county governmental offices.

– Make sure to receive all inspection as needed per spec's and governmental

requirements for the project .

– Over see subcontractors work performance .

– Supervise project from (demolition or site work to Certificate of Occupancy /

Completion of Construction )

– Prepare and submit daily administrative reports of work performed to the

Project Manager.(Microsoft Word & Office,Expedition,Outlook Express,

Open Office Org.)

– Safety ! All forms & procedures (OSHA to Company)

– Weekly meetings with subs to talk about up coming work to be performed.

– As build's of work performed .

– Work with the owners rep. to answer all question and handle all discrepancies with

the project .

– Install all carpentry work that is needed to complete project at hand when necessary

on smaller projects .
