budget and task initiatives based on client's statement of work and

requirements. Manage functional and technical consultant tasks and

performance. Lead all client change management initiatives and supply best

practice with regards to recruiting and onboarding process and translation

into Taleo software.

Major Contributions

. Successful, on time, on budget implementation of Taleo Applicant

Tracking and Onboarding software for over 50 clients both domestic and

international based.

software functionality and best practice consultant.
