Treasury Management:

- Manage and report investment performance of over $250 million.

- Coordinate all treasury compliance and documentations (e.g. company

investment policy, filing covenants, SAS 70, SOX)

- Contribute to 10Q and 10K disclosures as well as review financial

statement information relevant to treasury and tax. Respond to audit

questions.

- Manage the daily corporate liquidity including establishing daily cash

position, executing all necessary fund transfers while maximizing after tax

returns from investments.

- Monitor and analyze bank compensation and bench marking including fees

for merchant card.

- Actively evaluate new or enhanced processes, technology and

products/services to improve processes effectiveness and efficiency. Manage

all treasury management systems including Wells Fargo CEO portal.

- Prepare treasury related reporting for senior management weekly, monthly

and quarterly.

- Analyze, track and report share repurchase activity.

- Determine and maintain optimum WACC and capital structure.

- Ad hoc analysis including NPV and capital budgeting.

Tax

- Coordinate FAS 109 and FIN 48 calculation.

- Prepare tax provision and other tax related journal entries.

- Work with external tax advisers to file income tax returns to different

tax jurisdictions and ensure timely payments.

- Coordinate and manage tax audits and defended positions.

- Perform tax research and tax planning.
