• Designed high-speed (2-20 GHz), multi-layer, SMT, controlled-impedance, digital and
analog printed circuit boards.
• Responsible for developing Maxim's processes for mounting their LGA (70um
trace/space) and WLP (40um trace/space) die to standard FR4 PCB material.
• Created, maintained and supported my own schematic and PCB part/decal libraries,
insuring they met IPC standards and contained all pertinent attributes to guarantee
proper assembly and BOM generation.
