refineries and marketing of petroleum products.
. Managed the company's short-term liquidity and daily cash
positions; supported risk management, debt & lease compliance,
capital markets and merger and acquisition activities.
. Prepared, analyzed, and distributed daily, monthly, and quarterly
financials to help chief executive analyze and track key business
metrics, i.e.: throughput capacity, refining gross margins, crude
oil crack spreads etc.

. Sole analyst for the East Region CMBS team closing over $1.5B of
fixed-rate CRE mortgages in six months, which were securitized in
WB-CMT 2006 C-28, a $3.6B deal, and WB-CMT 2006 C-27, a $3.0B
deal.
