reduced assembly cost by over 20%. This was due to an increase of

production, reduction of assembly supplies and an overall improvement

of quality to meet strict customer standards.

. Economies - Reduced yearly budget from 2.9 million to 2 million, due

to reduced inventory, reducing slow movers and improved efficiencies

of operations.

. Consolidation of warehouses - Moved 3 warehouses and 2 assembly

operations into 2 new warehouses within a 10-week period without any

loss of shipping or assembly operations. This was accomplished on time

within budget.

UNIVERSAL WAREHOUSING, Inc. /ULS Express, Long Beach, CA 1991 - 1995

General Manager Operations

Directing total operations for third party Warehouse, Container Freight

Station and trucking operations.

. Operations - Reengineered systems and procedures reducing labor by

over 13 percent.

. Start Up - Designed chair assembly operation, which produced 1500

chairs per day.

. Layout - Designed and implanted a very narrow aisle operations, for

one of our contract

warehousing customers, which was included wire guided turret

trucks.

TRICOR WAREHOUSING, Inc., Chino, CA 1990 - 1991

Responsibilities included the start up of three warehouses for a total of a

305,000 square foot operation.

. Start Up - Started this operation from the ground floor, responsible

for the entire hiring, training, warehouse layout, procedures,

equipment purchasing and all operations.

. Profit - Was able to turn a profit of over 8% in the first year of

operation.

WORLD DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS, Industry, CA 1985 - 1990

General Manager, 1987 - 1990

Directed total operations for five warehouses with over 600,000 square

feet.

. Operations - Reengineered systems-procedures reducing labor by over

12%, reduced shipping errors by over 16% and on time shipping

performance was increased by 12%.
