Reported to the Director of Engineering. Responsible for managing all customer prototype activities with key

strategic value to the company. Lead effective teams to ensure division and company’s research and

development products objectives were achieved. Coordinate Lab and mechanical engineering activities.

• Manage prototype development activities utilizing computer aided equipment and graphics in

laboratory and deliver on time all prototypes. More than 500 prototypes delivered to different

customers for a year.

• Utilizing analytical and problem solving abilities led to efficient management of resources, on time

schedules and effective budget management. Achieved cost target goals of more than 30% gross

margin profit on a new released products. This enabled the company to participate in the business

different projects.

• Attained product launches with greater than 90% manufacturability in accordance with contractual

specifications allowing for quicker production start and on time customer deliveries.

• Maintained delicate balance in quality and cost throughout design, launch and life of products.

Component and Documentation Engineer/Manager (2000 – 2003)

Reported to the Division Engineering Manager. Responsible for engineering product data management.

• General product data management for filter products and prototypes.

• Focal point for researching and approving different types of electrical components.

• Documented and released more than 40 products.

CAD Engineer

Reported to the Engineering Manager. Responsible for creating and managing electronic components data

base.
