As the company sales manager my job was to create new cliental while maintaining and

month in month out. I am also responsible for the training of new employees to the company.

As a Regional manager my duties ranged from overseeing 10 store locations, staffing, and

maintaining store goals while exceeding company expectation by 20-30% month in month

out, audits, inventory adjustment and goal setting. Along with my duties as Regional I was

the company trainer in charge of training new hires coming into the company with a self

created 3 day course to teach them the basic tools needed to be successful in life and in our

industry.

Sony Ericsson/Market Star Southern California 11/04 – 8/05

As a Market Development Manager I have a territory which spans from Orange County

through San Diego. My basic duties were to promote Sony Ericsson products in the retail

stores. Stores that I do daily visits to ranged from Cingular Wireless, T-mobile, and a range of

authorized cellular dealers who purchased our products. I was also involved in the day to day

product training in stores as well as CTIA and CES.

Asst Manger/LeadRep

ATT Wireless Harbor City, CA 04/02 – 10/04

My responsibilities included supervision, leadership, motivation and training of up to 10

employees. Additionally, I was responsible for sales quotas and inventory control and have a

track record for exceeding quotas in all areas within my responsibility. My areas of

responsibility included achieving, maintaining and exceeding gross profit quotas with add-

ons of every kind while developing a strong customer base. While at ATT I was a Presidents

Club winner as well as a Circle of Excellence winner the only one in my area to win both

honors that year.
