Tetra Tech EC, Inc. (TtEC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tetra Tech Inc.,
a publicly traded company with annual revenues in excess of $2.1 billion.
TtEC is a provider of consulting, engineering, remediation, and
construction services with 2009 revenues in excess of $700 million.
Controller, 2005 - 2010
Managed the accounting and financial activities of a corporation with
approximately one thousand employees located in over twenty US locations.
Areas of responsibility include general accounting, project accounting,
revenue recognition, accounts payable, treasury, payroll, taxes, financial
reporting, and budgeting. Accounting compliance included GAAP, FAR, CAS
and DCAA.
. Provided the financial guidance as part of the management team that
helped grow the company and double its revenue from $300 million to
$600 million within a three year span.

Company. Managed the accounting and financial activities for the largest
US division (dairy products group) with sales over $500 million.

timelier financial information for management use.
. Recommended the closure of three locations for the Ice Cream Gelateria
division. The recommendation was accepted and the closing of the
sites contributed towards meeting budget objectives.
