Responsible for handling purchasing of materials used in the construction

of natural gas storage facilities, including piping, valves, compressors,

pumps, instrumentation, flanges, gaskets, fittings, etc. Primary

responsibilities include: requests for quotes, creating bid tabs and

purchase orders and tracking orders with vendors. Also responsible for

handling any purchasing for the company such as office supplies, printer

maintenance equipment. Additional duties include assisting the Vice

arrangements and expense reports for company employees, maintaining all

filing for entire company, monitoring and shipping all drawing

distributions, creating drawing transmittals, putting together job books,

setting up credit accounts for our clients with vendors, assisting with

Accounts Payable matters, including payroll, and some Human Resources

including plotting drawings from AutoCAD to plotter and to PDFs, making

Information (RFIs), delegated incoming correspondence to proper assistant

engineer, maintained the team's calendar of due dates, employee days off,
