Responsible for handling purchasing of materials used in the construction
of natural gas storage facilities, including piping, valves, compressors,
pumps, instrumentation, flanges, gaskets, fittings, etc. Primary
responsibilities include: requests for quotes, creating bid tabs and
purchase orders and tracking orders with vendors. Also responsible for
handling any purchasing for the company such as office supplies, printer
maintenance equipment. Additional duties include assisting the Vice
President with various personal and company related matters, travel
arrangements and expense reports for company employees, maintaining all
filing for entire company, monitoring and shipping all drawing
distributions, creating drawing transmittals, putting together job books,
setting up credit accounts for our clients with vendors, assisting with
Accounts Payable matters, including payroll, and some Human Resources

serving as a direct contact for vendors, and maintaining updated pricing
information. Other duties included creating UPS and FedEx shipments,
