Over thirteen years of progressive experience in real estate site

Fuel Center Executive
. Supervised the development of fuel centers by working closely with civil
engineering firms, landlords, legal counsel and municipalities.

projects were moving forward and to mitigate potential issues in an
efficient and effective manner.

Real Estate Manager
Created long-term strategic real estate plans to effectively manage a new
store development program of 35 existing
stores and 9 new stores in Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona and Texas.
Also created market strategy plans for
existing stores in Kansas City, Colorado, Iowa, Nebraska and Wyoming.
Completed courses in financial analysis of CRE transactions, accounting,
quantitative analysis, statistics and business
calculus, which I then utilized to evaluate the acquisition of new
sites and new long-term leases.
Implemented a new Super Center store program in Texas with projected sales
revenue increases of $175 million.
Negotiated and executed 10 leases with landlords, brokers, and developers
which resulted in $5 million of capital
improvements to stores, at no expense to Kmart.
Managed up to 75 people in order to effectively communicate pertinent
information to the Real Estate Vice President,
Regional Vice President, Divisional Vice President and Legal Counsel,
thereby resulting in the successful implementation of a new storing
program.
Presented 6 new projects to Kmart's Board of Directors for approval. All 6
met or exceeded the company's (IRR)
return on investment. All 6 were approved resulting in an increase in
projected sales revenue of $40 million. Assembled, supervised and lead
team to re-open a store after a major roof collapse. Successfully
meting the objective to re-open the store before the holiday season,
thereby reducing potential lost sales revenue of $3 million.
