Controller Northwest Forest Division

Real Estate Investment Trust. Managed financial and production accounting,

forecasting, budgeting and IT for the Division. Responsible for management

reporting, business analysis, credit and collections and all financial

outlooks (updates). Regularly presented business updates to division and

in support of first outsource contract at Perich Systems, Inc., a Perot

Systems/ICH Joint Venture. Developed new business costing for first
