experiences have ranged from High End Condominium build outs to Luxury

Hotels.

January 2009 - Present: Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas, NV Project Manager

o Assisted in the development of two new hotel towers, a 17-story hotel

tower and a 15-story, all-suite VIP South Tower totaling 860 new

rooms. (200 Million dollar budget)

o Responsible for the build out of twenty six new penthouses, and a

30,000 sqft spa and Salon

o Responsible for overseeing the build out of the TI projects which

included retail and Restaurant outlets.

o Ensures budget and schedule compliance were met and that my projects

were brought in under budget and ahead of schedule.

o Responsibilities included design and blue print review along with

proper schedule coordination.

o Worked closely with General Contractor and Design teams to ensure that

all information was being delivered in a timely manner and that any

design coordination issues were being resolved.

o Developed scopes of work, prepares budgets, solicits bids and

proposals from qualified contractors

o Worked with design teams to ensure that all FF&E and OS&E were

coordinated and delivered on time. Also coordinated quality checking

of deliverables at each stage and final product.

o Reviewed and analyses the bids and awards contracts

o Coordinated work activities with property Staff so as to minimize

disruption to the Guest in the existing hotel

July 2007 -January 2009: Starwood Hotels New York, NY Director of

Architecture and Design

o Responsible for reviewing proposed design documents, ensuring that

standards are met, solving field construction/design problems,

tracking budgets, schedule adherence and overall product delivery.

o Provide Project Management services for W and St. Regis Hotel business

partners to deliver an end product which complies with brand standards

o Provide detailed technical services and act as a liaison between hotel

Operations team and the Owner Developer on projects that Starwood

manages

January 2006 -July 2007: Newmark Construction New York, NY

Project Manager

o Managed all phases of the construction of an 87 unit condo rehab

project

o Established and maintained the project work plan and deadlines to

ensure timely tracking and reporting to the project team.

o Monitored budget analysis and cost analysis of all the projects given

to me and scheduled all tasks and activities without foregoing quality

to keep the budget and cost under control.

o Was proactive in coordinating and devising the bid strategy by

developing lump sum estimates, conceptual estimates, cost opinions and

constructability reviews.

April 2002 - January 2006: The Jack Parker Corporation New York,

Project Manager

o Assisted the Vice President of Construction with overseeing the work

and completion of The Biltmore, a fifty- three story, 464 unit, ground

up residential building located at 271 west 47th street.

o Responsibilities of reviewing the design before development, preparing

documents for construction process activities.

o Oversaw the renovation of the Parker Palm Springs, a 164 key hotel.

Including an out of the ground Catering and Spa Center.

o Oversaw the scheduling and implementation of capital improvement

projects at owned properties.

o Oversaw the maintenance of the owned properties ensuring that items

that were renovated were holding up and foreseeing any future work

that would be needed.

o Coordinated the review and approval of all subcontractor shop

drawings. Help expedited the resolution of any coordination conflicts

that may have come up during the design phase.

o Obtained the Certificate of Occupancy sign offs by working closely

with the NYC Department of Buildings field inspectors and sub-

contractors to ensure that all sign offs were completed and received

in accordance with the project schedule.

February 1999 - April 2002: J.M. Dennis Construction Wantagh, NY

Project Manager

o Efficiently managed multiple projects at a time and Coordinated

construction activities all projects given to me effectively.

o Design and blueprint review and analysis of projects, preparation of

construction documents,.

o Bidding, negotiations, sub contractor selection, material purchasing,

scheduling, project budget, building code compliance, project
