procurement of contracts and complete buy-outs, managing on-site field
personnel, and ongoing project over site. $18,000,000.00
Construction Manager, Vine Street T.I. - tenant space conversion to
accommodate graduate school. Specific duties were to work with school
representatives, architects and consultants, set-up initial budget and
construction schedule, procurement of contracts and buy-outs, managing on-
site field personnel and ongoing project over site. $2,000,000.00+
Project Manager for restoration/conversion of 100,000 sq ft waterfront
warehouse into storage units and retail spaces. Specific duties included

King County Courthouse Renovation. I was Responsible for complete overhaul
and extension of 4 elevators from 10-14 floors. Addition to the existing
jail, heavy concrete demolition, heavy steel and concrete support. Design
and tenant improvement for the new county council offices. Supervised 20-
30 personnel & sub-contractors, administrative duties such as job costing,
project analysis, weekly & monthly reports, employee personnel and heavy
contact with county personnel.
