Led a matrixed, multi-continent team, directing and overseeing all

functions needed to manage and deliver a portfolio of over 40 software

tools: Development, Marketing, Service, Manufacturing, Finance and Supply

Chain.

. Directed a 10 million dollar Software Tools portfolio that included

software updates, deployment, configuration and diagnostic tools.

. Orchestrated the successful interaction of groups on different

Managed a software development team of 12-15 members. Responsibilities

included funding, budgeting, scheduling on a set of 20 vital projects.

. Salvaged a critical project that was a year late and a year from

delivery. Assumed total responsibility for development, installation,

and maintenance of the Central Fire Protection Computer System for the

Site.

. Delivered the project in just 6 months while engineering a solution

saved $1,000,000 on installation cost. Copyrights awarded.

. Developed a network status subsystem using Berkeley sockets and SNMP.
