Riverside Bank - Little Rock, Arkansas
Loan Administration Manager (2008 to 2009) Reported to the President of the
Bank. Oversee all activities of loan production, loan servicing for both
commercial and consumer lending functions. Responsible for loan
processing, documentation, pre-closing/closing, monitoring, loan servicing,
and various underwriting activities. Additional job function included
completion of special projects for the CEO such as obtaining FHA approval
and obtaining additional investors for Riverside Mortgage.
ENG Lending - Little Rock, Arkansas
Underwriting Manager (2005 to 2008) Reported to the Manager of Secondary
Marketing. Acted as Underwriting Manager overseeing a staff of two
Underwriters. Responsible for the underwriting flow of Conforming,
Nonconforming, FHA, and VA loan types. Additional job function included
the design, development and implementation of internal credit policy.
Developed quality control and fraud detection policies that decreased
potential losses through implementation of the policy.
National Bank of Arkansas - Little Rock, Arkansas
Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer (2003 to 2005) Reported
to the Chief Executive Officer of the bank. Directed the sales and
operations of 25 employees with annual mortgage closings of
$125,000,000.00. Functions managed include: sales management for both
Retail and Wholesale lending, development and implementation of credit
policy, and secondary marketing of all mortgage transactions. Restructured
mortgage group which increased lending production and profitability by 40%.
Acted as Underwriting Manager for Conforming, Nonconforming, Alt-A, Sub
Prime, FHA, and VA loan types. Designed quality control and fraud
detection policies that decreased potential losses through Wholesale
lending operation.
Superior Federal Bank - Little Rock, Arkansas
Assistant Vice President / Underwriter (1999 to 2003) Reported to the
Underwriting Manager. Responsible for the review of pertinent data relating
to the credit worthiness of each borrower. Reviewed the appraisal for
compliance with the appropriate guidelines and for the worthiness of the
subject property as collateral for the loan. Loan types consisted of FHA,
VA, and Conventional. Additional job functions included performing due
diligence of mortgage pools purchased by the bank.

Branch Manager and was responsible for implementation of a plan of action
to increase volume of CRA loans. Conducted home buyer education seminars
and developed relationships with various community entities and nonprofit
agencies to promote CRA lending.

Alternative Documentation Loan Program designed to provide loan decision
within 12 to 48 hours of loan application. Underwrote FHA and Conventional
loans through Pilot Program.

call program.

Loan Processing Supervisor (1989 to 1991) Reported to the President and was
responsible for the supervision of two loan processors and one loan clerk.
Met with customers concerning their loan files, answered their questions
and helped them to be at ease with their mortgage loan process. Quality
control of each file that included final review of credit documentation,
appraisal, final inspections, and other related documentation.
Capital Savings and Loan Association - Little Rock, Arkansas
Loan Origination Manager (1988 to 1989) Reported to the Senior Vice
President of the Mortgage Loan Department and was responsible for the
supervision of three loan officers. Structured loan origination territory,
monitored production levels, and assisted senior management in the pricing
of the mortgage loan products.

bank branch with a total of six employees. Duties included supervision of
