Perfected gold processes that increase yields by 40 %. Reduced

process time of a hermetic feed through package by 30% with a 25%

yield increase and reduced the cost to the customer by as much as

Developed and marketed Thickfilm process to the US Navy of and end

of life product line that would have caused part removal from ships

in storage. US Navy had no other source that could build using

approved Copper N2 process for conductors up to 10 layers at 5 mil

base, adding 10% to the sales revenue, and 20% to the margins. One

example is 1.5" x 2.5" seven input 270v DC to DC power converter.

which stabilized the sales revenue during the wireless/telecom

downturn.

Organized and realigned the customer service units to focus on

electronic circuits for the military, commercial, and automotive

markets. One of five Engineers who started the department that

later became the Coors subsidiary MicroLithics. Coors Ceramics

sold MicroLithics to VisCom then VisCom was bought by Titan which

we (Dr. Grover Coors, Joe Coors Jr., Dr Gary Phitzhugh and I)

bought back from Titan.
