base, adding 10% to the sales revenue, and 20% to the margins. One
example is 1.5" x 2.5" seven input 270v DC to DC power converter.

Engineering
Operational and engineering responsibility for ceramic based
electronic circuits for the military, commercial, and automotive
markets. One of five Engineers who started the department that
later became the Coors subsidiary MicroLithics. Coors Ceramics
sold MicroLithics to VisCom then VisCom was bought by Titan which
we (Dr. Grover Coors, Joe Coors Jr., Dr Gary Phitzhugh and I)
bought back from Titan.
