Responsibilities included all aspects of Human Resources/Labor Relations
for the Payless ShoeSource Distribution Center. Primary responsibilities
included union relations/negotiations, succession planning, organizational
design, staffing, compensation administration, employee relations, and
labor relations. The Distribution Center workforce consisted of 750-900
unionized (Teamster) Associates and 150 non-unionized Associates.

substantial Worker's Compensation savings and improved morale.

the EEOC, state agencies and municipalities on a nationwide basis,
