Attained mid level manager status as non commissioned officer in charge of the Enlisted Student Branch for Fort Sill,

Oklahoma. Participated in overhaul and transition of the U.S. Army’s personnel database SIDPERS from mainframe

computing environment to Unix/PC network environment. A successful record for managing personnel, supervising and
