Provide quality engineering support for Crew Exploration Vehicle (CEV)
Launch Abort System (LAS) project at NASA's Marshall Space Flight
Center. Serve as Liaison for the coordination and execution of
project integration engineering functions for quality assurance,
system safety engineering, and reliability and maintainability
engineering and mission assurance. Reviewed and evaluated non-
conforming reports (NCR) and recommend approval/disapproval of
closure. Performed acceptance of hardware and review/develop
acceptance data packages for the life cycle of the hardware. Inspect
and monitor acceptance testing of aerospace hardware.

Advanced Quality Systems Engineer - Film & Materials Resource Division
Provided quality engineering support for film plant products with a
focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Supported
and led projects for system implementation for new and existing
quality systems. Led and guided technical projects for new and
existing laboratory equipment for new laboratory Led test method
validation and verification activities.
Supervised three college students in standardizing sample sizes,
simplifying storage processes and enforcing a disposal process for
resins, film, and raw materials with a potential annual savings of
$328,328. Led and participated in cGMP customer audits. Led quality
improvement effort and resolve customer complaints, quality issues,
and non-conforming materials for drug delivery, pharmaceutical, and
medical divisions. Investigated a specific product defect complaint
from a preferred customer and determined a solution to eliminate the
defect thus saving over $54,600. Collaborative effort with IT
division resulted in the development of a packaging system which
alerts operators of inadequately packaged pallets.
