availability, also tracked all information and made necessary changes to
help plant to succeed. Monitored quality numbers and made changes to

Had to ensure preventative and predictive maintenance was being
scheduled and completed. Updated many systems to use new technology
giving them higher efficiency and less down time. One process change
generated enough increase in production to eliminate one shift of
activity per week, (large energy savings). Was the go to person if any
problems or breakdowns did occur. Reduced after hour call-ins by 25% do
to getting more problems fixed during regular scheduled hours. This
